Back in the swing of things...

It's been awhile since I've blogged but I have a great reason to have not done so in a long time. Kris and I went to Vegas.....ALONE! We really had a great time and it had been so long since we had done anything alone (vacation wise!). We walked our little butts off, ate at some cool places (ESPN Zone, PF Changs, Toby Keith Bar and Grill), went and saw the Blue Man show at the Venetian and took in a little gambling. Ok, Kris won back everything I lost, which wasn't that much- Oh, and for Cortney and Jesse, guess who we saw??? Chris Angel, Mind Freak!! He did some illusion with a cigar and we were a part of the taping (audience). Kris kept waving his Auquafina bottle to try to recognize himself when it goes on tv!!! I, on the other hand, was carrying a giant hot dog I had been craving so I was hiding so I wouldn't show up on national tv holding a giant hot dog!!!
The day we came back we picked Caed up from my mom and headed out to Spokane to see family. It was so great to get out of town. I've already been going on Orbitz to see where I can find a deal to get away to. Somebody stop me!!! haha.
