Flash Back Friday...The Slip n' Slide

Remember this? The Slip n' Slide was probably one of the coolest things when I was about 7 or 8 (late 80's). It seems they are kind of making a return, like the fashion from the 80's! I'll take the slip n' slide over the fashion any day.
So, Kris really wanted to buy one for Caed-and needless to say Caed really liked it. He didn't quite do the "run and jump on your belly" thing but still had a lot of fun. It totally brought me back to those hot summer days where you would get freezing cold and then lay on the hot sidewalk to get dry....then have a big, fat popsicle!!

Sassy Shoe Thursday (little late)

Hi Girls! Sorry I couldn't add my Sassy Shoe's yesterda, but the blogger was having "technical difficulties" all day. So, a little about this shoe. I got these when I was in Ohio a couple of weeks ago at TJ Maxx. Guess how much??? $5 !!!!!! I couldn't believe it. I was even willing to wear them if they were uncomfortable just because they were cute. I put them on though and they were super comfy! Added bonus-I'm happy I finally have a somewhat dress/casual shoe that's not a heel. Hope you all have a fabulous day!
