Leaving on a jet plane

Well, it's finally finished! We booked our Vegas trip for January last night!!! I am so flippin excited it's not even funny. Four full days with my husband and only my husband, going to see the Blue Man group, gambling, eating out and walking the strip people watching!!!! My head is already spinning. This is the first "trip" we've taken together since we got married almost five years ago! So, it was much needed and we will really enjoy the time together alone. We'll still have three days vacation when we get back so we'll probably take Caed somewhere and do something fun with him too. Just wanted to share my excitement since all I ever want to do in life is fly somewhere and explore... Have a great day!

Here are some pictures of our trip to Georgia. We had such a great time. The beach, the wedding, visiting with family. We also were able to take a day to sight see and were able to go to a lighthouse from the 1700's as well as the original church that John Wesley started (see photo below). Caed is already planning his trip back so he can spend more time on the beach searching for shells!

Just in case...

you have fallen prey to my husband's horrible jokes with my friends, I am alive. You see, he was talking to dear, sweet Amber at church yesterday and when she asked where I was he told her I had DIED three weeks ago. Poor Amber was so confused and almost grieving for me when I showed up for the conversation. So, since I haven't blogged in awhile and some of you might have been wondering, I am alive.
